Will there be a setup fee?

None of my packages have a setup fee so you can rest assured the monthly cost of the package is the only cost you’ll have (unless you require additional services).


Is there a minimum term for this service?

There is no minimum term for this service.

Do I have to sign a contract?

I don’t have a contract as such but I do put an agreement in place with all clients to protect both parties. The agreement helps to spell out items such as payment terms, client responsibilities, early termination and more. You’ll have access to this document at all times in your Client Portal.

Will you need access to my website?

Yes, I will need to access your website regularly to be able to perform these services on your behalf. Me accessing your website and performing these services will have no effect on the running of your website. I’ve created a super simple guide on how to grant me access as an Administrator of your website – you’ll find it here.

What does 'priority support' mean?

Priority support means I will perform your requests within 48 business hours of the time the written request is made. If your request is going to take longer, I will advise and you’ll receive a discount on addional support hours should you wish to proceed.
