Is this an ongoing service?

No, this is an ad-hoc service to be used for when you need it.

 

Do I get a discount if I purchase bulk hours?

Absolutely! If you purchase 10 or more hours, you’ll receive a whopping 10% off your invoice!

What if you don't use all the hours?

When I quote on your project, I try to estimate as close as possible how many hours will be required. Any unsued hours will rollover and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. These can be used for whatever you like under the WordPress Support banner.

Do I have to sign a contract?

I’m all about being upfront and in full transparency, I do put an Agreement in place with all my clients. This helps to ensure we are both on the same page and spells out things like communication, payment terms, liabilities, termination and more.
